How does ordering work?
Add your handbag and colour to your order bag, then check out. We’ll confirm your order by bank transfer — no other online payment is taken yet.
How long will my handbag take?
Because every piece is handmade and stock is kept intentionally small, lead times can vary. We’ll give you a clear timeframe before you confirm your order.
Can I request a custom colour?
You’re welcome to ask. Custom options depend on the design and available cord or yarn, so send us the shade you have in mind and we’ll explore it with you.
Will my bag look exactly like the image?
Each El-Za is made by hand, so small variations in stitch and finish are part of its character. The overall design, colour direction and quality remain consistent.
